I have purchased IDEA data card- idea NetSetter is not working from day 1, its speed is so slow it one cannot open there own site in 3 minutes, I have downloaded 1 MB file, which took 26 min, i have tested the speed on broadband speed test its giving less than 3 kbps speed, whereas there site claims, min. guranteed speed of 256 kbps, This is false commitment from such a company, even there customer cannot do anything, My email - [email protected], Would like to get money back & return the product imeediately, if not will settle in court then.
