I ordered a bouquet (set of 40 mixed roses) online on this website - http://www.indiafloristonline.com/ on 09 Dec (Order 197-33-8386) costing Rs. 903.00. The customer service executive promised me to deliver a set of different colours of roses delivered to Bareilly before 12 noon. But The flowers which they delivered were only red roses and that too poorly arranged and delivered late..And the reasons she gave were disgusting..
1) it is not possible to deliver all flowers in all seasons but first of all, the one which i have ordered were not seasonal...
2) Secondly, she said that i had called a number of times because my order was not delivered in time.. she could have atleast told me what is she going to deliver since they have completely changed it...
3) Thirdly, i had to call so many times because as per their assurance, they didn't complete the order in time.
Its fine that the occasion should not be missed but it does not mean that they would deliver anything for that matter irrespective of what I have been charged for...
I must say i am deeply dissatisfied and frustrated with the service and delivery as well.. It is the poorest experience i have till date with any online flower delivery website... Take it as my personal feedback if you are planning to order fresh flowers to someone...
