I placed an order with indiaplaza.com on 12th April for a mobile phone to be delivered as a gift for my dad's birthday. Their website claims it has shipped it on 13th april .. but no order has been received
Their customer service number does not work... and they are not answering any emails or online tickets that i logged on their website.
My credit card has been charged 155 dollars (7500 rupees)...
I am absolutely angry and livid at this point.. Would you be able to look into this matter?
