Indiaplaza did not send the purchased mobile

I purchased a mobile online from Indiaplaza on 25th Aug. (ref no IN2508100123)

I did not recieve the mobile in next 15 days so when i asked the customer care people.

they told that it will be send with in 2 days and due to lack of stocks so they were not able to send the mobile. Till now i have not recieved the mobile. Whta to do for the same problem?

Its being so bad experience with indiaplaza that i will recommend people not to shop atleast indiaplaza.

Ebay is very good.
