Last year i paid to buy a book from indiaplaza; even after 30 days i did not received the book neither any communication from them; on contacting them, yhey say, it will take another 15-20ndays ; i forced to cancel the order;

Again i made this mistake and order another book which is to be shipped within 3 days by bluedart; that means i must receive it with in 7 days; now its 12 days over, and the book has not been shipped yet; and they dont have the courtsey to reply my queries;
