Failed Transaction Refund

I attempted to purchase a pack of bids on Indiatimes's Kambola website. The first attempt at the transaction failed and the cash got debited and the bids weren't credited. Normal Issue, nothing to worry. I got the bids in the second attempt.

The next day when I tried to call someone regarding the same, I found that there seems to be no backend to Kambola. The only contact number provided 012066369559 was answered by someone who said they weren't related to Kambola but would ask someone from Kambola to get back to me (took down my details and number). I got no call back. I mailed their email address [email protected] and got no replies. When I tried calling back on the same number someone picked up, cut the call and since then attempts to call back have resulted in being informed that the service to the number has been disabled.

I then got onto the internet forums and found another oft repeated number 01203305508 which no one seems to be picking up. Now I am seriously concerned.
