I ordered 8GB MP3 player through the Times Reader offer in the Times of India on 16th May. The product was delivered by VPP on 25th May. Immediately upon opening the product I found that the product was faulty. I contacted the customer care number of indiatimes and lodged a complaint for replacement. Complaint number allotted was 280739. I was told that I need to return the faulty product and later I would be getting the replacement. The faulty product was collected through Aramex on 3rd Jun (AWB number 6159955933). In spite of repeated calls since 7th Jun I have so far neither got the product nor the refund. The customer care number is also not attended and the call is placed on hold for at least 15 minutes before it is responded. Pl help.
