I ordered Britannica Word Search CD ROM; Women Who changed the world CD ROM & World leaders. There was free Trolley Bag & Holiday package along with this. On 12th Dec'09 I received those 3 CD ROM vide Membership No. IT0C09181247; Invoice No. ORA090093041 & Order No. OGA090094297 Dtd. 10.12.09 (unique number 173124703A090093041); Till date I am waiting for the Trolley Bag. I talk every (Tel No. 011-40502424) month for the Trolley bag and their answer is that the bag is not in stock. Also I email at "[email protected]", there is no reply. now what I have to do to get the bag.
