i want to draw your serious attention to the following fact
1) Your sales executives has declared me a winner and assured minimum Rs.10, 000 in intra zone maharashtra.
2) Your executive at the time of payment gateway and who give me order no also confirm the same (as mention 1 above)
3) based on above information on phone i purchased samsum star superb s5560 for the cost of 12498.on 13th May
After receiveing the above item I phone 011-2954574 who tell me there is no such scheme or competation held information given to me is false. and told me to return the item purchased by me and refund will take place within 2-3 days after the they get back the parcel i had register the complaint (462073)
I have no option to return the purchase made by me and demanding the action on those who do this.
So kindly show the process of returning the purchase item and return of my money Rs.12498/- and the names of your sales exeucites and what action you are taking
I had sent the parcel back the india today received the same on 27th April since than i am continously following the matter with emails and phone but of no use
