Refund not got after order cancel

Dear Sir

I have given order for one mobile phone Order No-112240696 on indiatimes shopping dated on 3 rd of March after so many days i have not got product then i have given my request for cancelation of my order but till the time merchant not refund my balance in my credit card of rupee 4273, daily i am calling at indiatimes helpline no-9876848888 and forward so many emails but no reply till the time. Kindly check. Thanks.
