This is regarding my Order# 113117681, Item# Nokia Bh-503 Stereo Bluetooth Headset Bh503, Payment Mode: Debit Card, Kotak Mahindra Bank (Direcpay) (FT No:- 1001107000728977), Sub Order# 3964539.

I ordered a Nokia Bluetooth Headset on 12th July through shopping.indiatimes.com (Online) however, I haven't received the product as yet. I called customer care and marked a complaint on 16th July stating that the online status of my order has been shipped to the customer but the fact is that i never received the product and moreover, the courier company named Aramex (AWB Number&[6233538091]) delivered the product at the wrong address and that too in the wrong state, I wonder how come such a big organization can make this blunder?

Since then i have been given lame excuses from customer service department that you'll receive your product by 28th of July but nothing ever happened.

Please deliver me the product as soon as possible else i will take serious action against your company.
