Poor Service in Money Refund

Hi Every one,

I am really frustrated in Airtel customer care service. I got a call from Airtel broadband last month. They assured that there is a feasibility in my area (Valasaravakkam, sridevi kuppam) and got the cash of rupees 500 and additional 150 for rent agreement. Dealer is "Moontech telecoms- T.nagar" Representative name is "Ashok". He came to my house urgently and got the cash of rupees 650 and gave me an application form.

My application number is "CH9580087". Later after two days, they told there is no feasibility in my area. They confirmed this after 7 days ie., on Dec 25. They told me that i will get refund by Jan 15th.

But I didnt get the refund. I called customer care and complaint about it. they told me you will surely get refund in ten days. They also gave me a compliant number "28729210". Now they called me again and saying again it will take 10 days of time.

I got really frustrated with this stupid attitude of Airtel. Poor customer service.

Please dont take airtel for ever.
