I wish to lodge a complaint against Infibeam.com for not shipping a product I had ordered via their website on Feb 14. As per my order details in their website, it was supposed to be shipped by Feb 16 to reach me by Feb 18. Till now, the status being shown against my order is "ShippingInProgress". I had sent them two reminder mails about the non-shipment of my order, but my plea seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Hence I have been forced to approach you for a proper redressal of my grievance. Please take the necessary action and oblige.
