Hello Sir,

I SYED WASEEM MUMTAZ did online shopping of Sony NWZ-B162F 2 GB MP3 Player at www.naaptol.com on 3rd february through my debit card and the money was deducted at the same time then I was told that I will get my product through courier within 7 working days with a great difficulties by contacting them again and again after 7 working days there was no response from NAAPTOL and its customer care so I was frustated I lost my hundreds of rupees by calling to their customer care, I lost my cell phone bill but I DID NOT GOT ANY RESPONSE then after repeated contacting to them EXPRESS IT COURIER PEOPLE CAME WITH EMPTY COURIER on 20th february I DID NOT RECEIVED MY SONY MP3 PLAYER SO I DEMAND MY DEDUCTED MONEY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
