Regarding wrong commitment

Dear Sir

Myself Anupam Ghosh Choudhury Mob no 91 9933550986 an user from West Bengal Asansol for the past four years.

I was informed by CCE official Airtel that if I recharge with Rs98 I 'll enjoy 2GB internet. The day I was informed that i recharged but i could'nt been able to access it I lodged complain atleast six times every time they said it will take 48hrs but till day nothing had happened.

I would like to tell you whether Airtel is enjoying the monopoly market in telecom sector or misusing the faith of the customer.

I have got no responsefrom you side. I hope that Airtel will solve my issue.
