Dear Sir

My No is 09879613038 & Mumbai No is 09820190083

On 21/06, I bought a smartphone (HTC Wildfire), The GPRS has automatically got activated.

On 07/07, I have engaged a plan of Rs.199 for broadband services, My bill shows GPRS charges of Rs.2556/ which is arbitary, when I have enabled the Broadband services from 21/06 till 07/07. I am informed that I am charged 10 ps per KB

I am informed that my phone applications must have latched on internet and has got automatically enabled.

I have requested reversal of partial amount with no positive response vodaphone

Request refund of Rs. since I am their customer since 2008 in Gujarat 7 mumbai No is active since 2000.

I have always prepaid my Bill and is normally in credit balance

Request refund of Rs.2000
