Dear sir
Our internet is not working due to missing external device. I am using the internet service since last one & half years having a/c no. 977653812, I have lodged a complaint, the person came to attend it & he found the external device is missing from the bldg terrace. It is requested to arrange the device immediatly to restore the service. Being a customer for 18 months i hope my complaint will be resolved without further delay.
