Charges deducted without reservation

Dear Sir,

In the morning of 2 April I was booking the ticket from anand vihar to allahabad from jharkhand express

but ticket was not booked and I tried two times but irctc showing the (Sorry, Connection Problems Please try again-200.) 1st time and showing (REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do? com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&) 2nd time and no tickets was booked but both times money deducted by my SBI Accounts i.e.

Account No. 00000020010470612 Brang K.G.Marg New Delhi
