Please refund the amount which is pending from last 10 months!!!

Dear IRCTC,

I had applied for TDR on 28.04.2009 for the PNR number PNR Number

4518547920 Booked On 29-3 with Transaction ID 0104537003

Where-in none of the passenger traveled or boarded the train

While checking the status in TDR history section, the TDR status is

showing as ADMIN Approved but still haven't received the refund yet

Kindly request you to process the refund as early as possible
