IRCTC -Season Ticket booking
Amount charged for failed Season Ticket transaction

Hi,

I tried booking season ticket on 28th January but after entering

confirming the credit card details, the transaction failed and due to some technical reasons ticket has not been booked.

After writing a mail at [email protected], it was confirmed to me that the amount chaged wrongly would be refunded to me shorlty but till date I have not received any refund from IRCTC and my credit card company has chaged to my current bill as payable.

Again I wrote a mail to them twice but I did not receive any response from IRCTC.
