About my broadband usage

Espected sir,

I am from cherpulassery, and I am using broadband connection.plan of 250 home plan with 1 GB free usage.

but in this month (september) the 1 gb usage is closed very fast i don't know why? completed the 1 gb in 8 days. I am very surprised about it.and i want a detailed explanation and give my 1 gb usage back to this month.i douted may be the account wiill hacking someone/...
