Many spam emails from different email accounts registered to this domain

I keep getting spam emails about jobs from this domain every few hours. And there is no way you can unregister from their database. they specify you to reply to them with an unregister email, but that does not work and the email just bounces back. Also when you visit their website to unregister, it does not work either.
