This complaint is to bring in your notice that we are really disappointed from your services my name is Kapil Arora Complaint no is 5312120 and my phone no is 43510693. We called on from 7 October to customer care and got no response and above that we got to know the complaint is dealing by the Engineer, engineer has told to airtel that he called us visited our place twice which he totally lied he was again and again telling a lie but he never called us and neither he visited.
We have some major work to be done on internet but your pathetic connection and a very irresponsible employees behavior is really disappointing as they were telling that complaint has been resolved and connection is working and i phoned number of times and spoke to many people Ashwani, Vipin, Deb and etc. Earlier when use to complaint, it got resolve in less 24 hours. If company is not able to resolve the problem then why to go further with this type of company. And even we will recommend our peer group to disconnect airtel broadband and don’t take any further services from airtel. There should be a procedure that if consumer suffered for some days then he shouln't get bill for that certain period. Anyways the most disappointing thing is when your employee lie about complaint that it has been resolved, then what one can say for top officials in airtel such a reputed company they must be also like them. I can still understand than sometimes it takes time to get complaints get resolved but lying to your genuine customer is really irresistible and very disappointing.
