Request to reset the Username and Password

Dear Sir,

Since two months I am using BSNL Broadband service. Before I am getting the BSNL Service, I enquired thoroughly about the service in BSNL office and after got very good response from them, then only I have decided to have the BSNL Service. I have got Rs.750/-Plus plan, unlimited usage. The speed of the broadband is very slow, I have complained this to BSNL office and they told that the unlimited plan speed is fixed and whatever the speed is fixed I have to use the speed within that speed limit. I have also registered to view the telephone bill details in web site "bangaloretelecom.com" by giving my Username and password. But now my username and password did not recognizing in BSNL server and it shows a message"invalid user name and password" even though I have typed my above identity correctly. Hence, I have requested the concerned BSNL authority to check this problem but they don't care to rectify the problem and they not at all contacted me so far even I have given four reminders to them to rectify the problem. Hence I am very much disappointed with their (BSNL) service and I am thinking to disconnect the service soon. I will give one more chance them to solve my problem. My suggestion is, ask the Server administrator to RESET my Username and password in their server and allow me to create a new username and password through my computer.
