No Mechandise, No Refund, No response

I had ordered one merchandise, CWC Phone Charm Bal, with respect to Cricket world cup 2011 on Feb 02 from their website using net banking worth Rs 300.00 . I did not receive any goods, neither a refund. The amount has already been paid using my net banking.. Tried calling the Company but nobody picks the phone. Even written many email reminders, but no response.

Please kinldy help in this regard.
