Reliance is the worst company as far as the customer service is concerned. I purchased above mentioned netconnect datacard. the rated speed was 3.1 mbps but i never got speed more han 50kbps an most of the times speed remains less than kbps. i have contacted to their customer care support after doing every possible thing said by them i did not get any improvement. I went to their web world in sector-50 noida. but their staff as behaving rudely with me. As far as my experience is concerned, reliance is the worst company using their product specially wireless internet is like cutting own feet they are cheating the people.
