Abuse Language used By trade India Representative

I used To be a Paid member of Trade India. My company is Marble Cottage in Agra India.

Today I get call from the Trade India Regarding For Renew the Membership And I told that I'm not interested in renew So the Representative He is Abuse on me and using bad language and tell me Katua... Because I'm Muslim.

Shall i go to the media or Court for telling this matter or should I get Help from the Muslim Organization regarding this Matter...
