Product not received against confirmed orde

99label is a fraud company.

My order no is 99100643, have placed the order on 5th of August'11 and already have made the payment through credit card.

Till date I have not received the product.

Every day I call up the support Team since last week and hear the same music.." The product has been dispatched from our end by 29th of August'11, you will receive the product within 1-2 days"

After repeatedly asking for the tracking id, courier name, the 99 labels support team cannot provide the same.

Whenever I mail them... the response is " we will revert back in 24/48 hrs" Again I have to call them back... and since yesterday they are telling another story..."Your product has not yet been dispatched!!! " This shows how cheating / fraud site they are.

Inspite of repeatedly aking them to revert back my money... they are not doing the same... instead making some bullshit stories for product delivery delay.

Kindly help to get my money reverted back to my account.
