Need to get my connection transfe

Dear Sir,

My self Meenu Bansal, has request to your Airtel office (galleria market) for the transfer of my NET and Land-line connection (0124-4145186) to my new residential address: F-134, 2nd Floor, Suncity, Sector -54, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon -122002. Haryana.

But no action been takes so far, just one answer i have received till date is, there is no cableing done in that area, so they cant help me for the same.

So i would request you to help my looking into my request and get my landline and net connection transfer. As its hampering my work.
