Sir, This is Vaneet Anand. I am using your connect connect from last 4 -5 years. my connect no. is 0183-5058823 name M.K Traders, Amritsar. My telephone is dead from last 5-6 days. due to this am facing problem using broadband internet through my connect no. I Have registered complaint to your department in this no. 01725050505. i have talked 30-50 times with your executives by this complaint but every time there is no solution at all. they are linger it on. I cant understand how can it be solved. As my all work done through internet and online so by your poor services am losing by business at all time and tell me who will be responsible for that. till date nobody has visited the location to solve the problem. so it is harasment from your side. i need immediate action on it to solve this complaint immediate effect, . waiting for your positive action on this.
