I have purchased your Broadband USB modem and selected a plan according to the details providedcby your sales representative.
1. i was specifically told that normal email usage and internet use does not amount to downloading.
2. i was told that the downloading limit is assessed by the items you download from the net. I chose my tariff plan keeping these details in mind as i already have a fixed line broadband connection.at home. i was also told that incase you feel like you can change your tariffplan after intially checking your actual usage.
My repeated attempts tp log in online to monitor my actual usage have been unsuccessful, as whenever i try to do so i end up getting a blue blank page showing the website is down. about 10 emails sent to my services requesting them to send instructions on how to access my account online have met with a stony silence.
However after getting e feedback of the actual usage for i week from you i wanted to change my tariff plan to 10 gb for day and 10 gb for night. but now i am told you cant change tariff plans . why is that? i think i was badly misled by your sales person. I dont mind forfieting the Rs 3500/ but i now am planning to quit reliance and change to another company. I dont think customers should be misled like this, it effects the credibilty of the company. You might gain a few Rs here and there but in the long run you will be the loosers. after my experience in the past one month i vow never to buy another reliance product. i will be also writing to all consumer forums and appropriate govt authorities about this experience.j.s.tiwana
