Respected Sir/Ma'm i am having in my internet connection for last 15 days and i have tell about it to the concerned authorities but no action is taken yet. I am a computer science engineering student and need the connection formy regular work. I've made several calls and reminders for the same but it is all in vein.

I have a humble request to you to see into this case seriously and rply me as soon as possible.
