I am having a land line connection of MTNL, having No.011-26516417 and using Tariff Plan "TriB Bphone Combo P". The Bill for 01/12 to 31/12 was received by me yesterday (i.e.on 23/01) and surprised seeing the bill amount of Rs.13206.00 usually I get a bill of around Rs.600.00 or so. I fail to understand how the said bill is raised. In this regard I liked to mention here that in the last week of December we got a phone call from the customer care executive informing us that there was a bill of Rs.16888.00, and advised us to call back on the phone No. 23322622. Accordingly I rang them, and I also made a complain on this website ([email protected]). subsequently, we received a phone call from the customer care executive, who informed us that it was a mistake and my bill will be around Rs.600.00
only. But I received no communications from the website.([email protected]). Please let me know what is the matter, and my bill be rectified at the earliest, so that I can clear the bill on/before the due date (i.e.04.02.2012).
