My telephone No. is 28811942 I have took triband service of MTNL for approx. past 4 years & I have same problem now and then but now this is height of my tolerence. I have made several call on customer service no. they neither take the call. If they take call they just hang up the call or say please call to so and so number (24361221, etc.) which is again unattended. I had made several complaints regarding speed of Triband that we possess but no one gives us proper guidance regarding the complaint. They just keep on going ignoring us. Last complaint no. that we have got is 1365 for which I am sure will be unattended.
