Reebok shoes not received

I have bought MTS Mblaze (broadband connection) with an offer for Reebok Shoes in December from Pune Katraj MTS Office. I had been told that I will receive shoes within 20 days, but till date I haven't received my shoes. Can you please take this up with MTS and help me to get my shoes deliveered at the earliest.
