Naaptol is nothing but a bunch of cheaters. They have trained professional to lie on your face, not just one but every employee I spoke to. I ordered a blackberry mobile from Naaptol.com. The product packaging was in such a horrible state. The phone was initially locked, reason being security, is what I heard from their employees. After making so many complaints and calls and writing emails, after a month of struggling with them I got a call and Ms. Divya Susai, supposedly the manager, asked me to return the product as soon as possible, else they wont refund the purchase. I sent it the very next day and was surprised when i received an instant reply when I inquired about the product receipt.By then they did receive the product. But after that till date no one has replied or responded to my mails or calls. I even wrote to their ceo mail id mentioned in their site. I wrote to their ceo directly. Called their customer care. Nothing helped. Oh and by the way, their customer care is another horrible service. I have spent a few hundred bucks waiting for someone to serve my call. The customer call rep, Mr. Dinesh said someone will call me in two days. It is been four months since i ordered.
I need to file an official complaint on every one who promised me and the company and would be grateful if someone could advice me on the same.
