Non-Payment of 50% Cash Back

On 23rd March Naaptol advertised in a leading Newspaper, for a 16 GB Pen Drive Voice Recorder (Spy Pen Video camera). In the Ad they offered 50% CASH BACK, Get assured naaptol cash voucher. I ordered for it the same day and in about a week time I got it and paid Rs. 1599/- Rs. 150/- Shipping charges. The cash back voucher was not in the packing. I contacted naaptol & was told I will get it within a week. After that I have mde several calls at the consumer care number & Emails. Most of the time I am told that server is down. some time the rep say he is not able to listen the voice. About four times I have been able to talk to the Rep. but the cash voucher has not been issued till today 20th May. The Consumer Care number of Naaptol is out station mobile number & not toll free & have no facility to call back so once you have purchased a product you be prepared for extra expenses & problem.
