I have purchased 16 g.b spypen combo with mp4 player in the month of january which was in a faulty condition after that i have been sending them continously to get a good product from them but unfortunately they didnt send me either the product nor they have send me my 2700 what kind of faulty company is this who is just meant to make excuses inspite of listening to customers problem
