Device is faulty and not returning after replacement

Dear Sir,

I had bought one 16gb spy pen from naaptol.com dated 2-01 by credit card which they delivered on 13th jan at my residence but that product failed on the same day. When I contacted them they said me to send it back for replacement/repair. I send it across by DTDC courier by docket no. Z05849021 which was received by them on 16th JAN but since then they are saying that the product will be delivered in 10 days, but 2 months have already passed and i have not received the product. I have complained on their e-mail address also but of no vain. So my humple request is that kindly help me to get product or my money back.
