Dear sir, i've purchased a mobile phone after reading an advertisement in newspaper in december. I did informed the company about the defective product and couriered back to naaptol office in mahape on 08th jan, which was received by them on 9th. Till then i'm regularly taking followup with the naaptol. The customer service cell is not responding properly, and giving vague delivery dates. Please help me, and guide what need to be done.
