I bouught Airtel datacard on Jan 31 with Rs 599 unlimited scheme. my number is 09967011494. On february 2, I put request that it is not working and network is zero. my request no is 30766276. the company franchise store said it will take two week to solve your problem... very fully (in the world of jet age... two weeks). I got welcome call early morning on Feb 17. from Airtel customer care (less) department about services and blling. see the working's style and procedure... till today there in no network or no call from service department. Billing will start from day one and the company will definitely charge bile on prorata basis in the first month... there is absolutely no customer relationship from company side, lack of information at the airtel store and gross ignorance of customer's faith... Hope company will pay attention to this complaint... regards.
