I purchased a blackberry Strom 9530 on 19 th April From Naaptol.com (Online Shopping Side). But They are delivered a Used Peace Mobile set and some of the feature is not working i given a complaint today ie 24 th April (I tried previously 2 times no body is respond) but They told we are covered our warranty those who are complied in between 24 hrs. Where as on the purchasing time they told we are giving warranty up to 6 month from product delivery date.
So its a request please take a necessary action on this issue and on company. Because of this type of business doing corrupted to our culture and society and to our country. Nobody will believe on Online shopping if this issue is not taken care by our government.
please replace this mobile or refund my money.
