Naaptol.com / Car Multimedia player
Non-receipt of product

I have ordered car multimedia player on Naaptol overphone on 08.09.10. The order no. is 741378. I have made the payment Rs. 1699 incuding courier charges through credit card.

On 13.09.10, I received sms and phone call that my order (car multomedia player) has been shipped by M/S Armax courier to my home town Lucknow vide air way bill no. 6156679502 and the same will be delivered with 2/3 days.

Till date I have not received the car multimedia player. Inspte of regular phone call anf follow up I have not received the product. I have Naaptol to cancel my order that also Naaptol.com.

Please help me in this regard.
