I purchased spypen camera, MP3 player with Naaptol order number 1370615, When I received the parcel, I checked it. The product delivered to me was not 16GB it is 68.3MB and MP3 player is also not working. When I spoke to Naaptol customer care they told me that they will replace and I have to send the defective item to the address they sent to my mobile number. I couriered the defective item to the address they sent me, I did not receive any reply from then even after 3 weeks so I followed up with DTDC Courier with tracking number M7709683, they told that the product is returned back as the ad dressy was not found. Even I had email communication with them but there was no proper response. I has so much mental torture and I like to go to any extent to teach them a lesson Please help me how I can go forward.
