Netconnect Broadband
No communication

I purchased reliance netconnect broadband internet connection from a sales executive, how ever i am not been communicated any details. I was told that i can use 30 hrs free in a month for Rs.500/-

However I received no communication showing the details of the plan and terms and conditions of my purchase etc. I also wanted to know if i was eligible for some offers which is denied to me if it was there. I purchased last week.

I would like you to immediately come back to me with complete details of the plan documented, I was told that this will be sent to my mail id which didn't happen.

I only know my reliance connection no to be 9388349749 and nothing else.
