This is Shekhar Suman i have applied for a new broadband connection my
reference no is "9268006113" i have fill the form and paid cash on 13th may
2011. My CEF No: TBLR 242491. I have got a call on 17th May
for installation from 9844844616 but after that when i called it was switched
off, then agin i got a call from 9844128555 for confirmation. He was saying my
modem is on but my waring itself has not been done. then i have
call costumer care for complain here is some complain no "46272366"
"46560304" every time i was gating my problem will be solved in 24 hours but
still i have not got any solution.
Can you plz solve my issue or else return back my money. Not to good to say
this but now airtel service become bad.
