I am having this connection when I was based at Jammu & Kashmir state.

I have been transferred from Jammu to other location in the month of May and in the month of June I have asked Airtel Jammu circle to cancel my connection and settle the account thru mail.

I have been informed that for that my physical presence is require.

In the mean time I keep on paying your bills thru Mcheck facility

When I visited Airtel Customer Relationship Center at Bahuplaza at Jammu I have been suggested that since billing cycle is not completed, so they are not able to give befit of 599 plan, So it will be better if I will surrender this immediately after completion of billing cycle.

The executive present there assured me that connection can be surrender any where in India, and in case of any problem I can contact her.

When I have contacted Gujrat Airtel helpline the executive there outright denied that this type of faculty is available any suggest to contact Airtel Relationship center.

When I have visited Airtel Relationship Center at Silvasa Road; Vapi at on 22 Nov the staff present there said they are junior staff and they don't have any information regarding this facility and he will confirm this from incharge of center who was not present at center though she was suppose to be.

When your staff contacted her on her mobile she refused to provide any help.

When I asked that boy to let me talk to her she even refused to talk to me, I have not been given her connect no and her name even and when I left my visiting card as suggested by staff present there so any responsible person can contact me till now no one has contacted me.

I have made compalin of this to 121@ airtel.com thru mail and I got aknoladgment that they will take care ans some represantative will call us soon after 10 day I have again made complain as my connaction was not withdrown and I have started getting SMS for bill payment.

Now not only SMS but I have started getting call from there collection center for bill payment.

When we asked for connaction withdrown they said I have to make full bill payment till date which keep on increasing for two months without any fault of mine.

Now I am getting threatning calls from Airtel collection center at Gurgaon and they want me to pay full amount till date while I want to pay the amount upto the date on which I make request for connaction withdrow
