I HAVE MADE A E-TICKET WITH MY MOBILE NO 9793051114 DTD 10.07.10THROUGH (NGPAY MALL ON MOBILE) SERVICE NGPAY ID NGPAY1052847748 THROUGH MY VISA DEBIT CARD CANARA BANK WIDE PNR NO 2308302114, IRCTC TRANSACTION ID 0229360178.I CANCELLED THIS TICKET ON 26.07.10 WITH NGPAY ID NGPAY1054181822 & REFUND OF RS 534 WAS TO BE MADE.TILL TODAY I DIDNT GET THE REFUND BACK.I HAVE ALREADY COMPLAINED EARLIER TO THE CUSTOMER CARE BUT NOTHING HAPPENED.ITS BEEN A LONG TIME SO PLEASE SOLVE MY COMPLAIN AT THE EARLIEST.
