Money not transferred after recharge failure

On 29-Jun-12, I tried to recharge for vodafone prepaid mobile through NGPAY (id - kannantg) from my SBI savings account 20074518029. The SBI Ref No is IGB3875566. The amount of Rs.299 has been transferred from my savings account to JiGrahak Mobility Solutions. But the recharge has not been made. I already raised a ticket on 01-July-12 stating this issue and ngpay promised me to solve this issue in 7 days. But it has not yet resolved now. Kindly look into this issue and transfer the money back to my SBI savings account 20074516029
