REQUESTED FOR DISCONNECTION AND ASKED FOR MONEY BACK

I requested for disconnection many times and asked for the money back offer they offered (15 days money back) on the 6th day of usage of internet.i was informed that they would be sending the guy responsible.as they didnt send me one i again put up the complaint after a week.was again informed that i would be getting the check in 15 days and will disconnect the internet service.but still now i havent got any response nor the internet is disconnected. i am using another connection, and hence this ACT broadband is not required at all.now whenever i call the customer care, its busy all the time.lol first time im finding customer care lines are busy this much.must be they are receiving so many complaints.

whatever, i want the internet to be disconnected and refund back the installation fee as i am not at all happy with the services.

plz dont call me back again saying me to upgrade the plan cos i dont think it worths.
